A deep dive into ‘Wellness’ and what it really means
Join us for a Sunday event, learn about and maybe try, meditation, mindfulness, movement, gratitude, self-love and more
A holistic approach to the often confusing world of wellness, with some expert guidance and ongoing support from three experienced wellness practitioners.
Wellness can mean different things to different people and we ultimately need to find out what works best for us as individuals. True wellness incorporates all aspects of the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual and it’s important to know how we can incorporate this into all aspects of life – work, family, self and social.

Their holistic and intuitive approach to wellness takes into consideration all aspects of human health. Mental, emotional, physical and spiritual. Through mentoring, women’s circles, retreats and corporate programs their vision is to support people to dive deep into the parts of themselves that may be preventing them from fully tapping into their limitless potential.
Janelle Ware - "The 5 pillars of health" as seen through my experiences as a woman, athlete, trainer, business owner, mother of three daughters, and going through a cancer journey
My life has revolved around health & fitness for as long as I can remember . I became a group fitness instructor & certified personal trainer in my late teens , and a profession that initially helped me through Uni, become a way of life helping /supporting people to reach their health goals. As a state and national representative athlete in both swimming & triathlon I gained the discipline to train at a high level & that discipline has helped me with some of the curve balls life has thrown at me . Married to my best friend after backpacking the world and settling down in beautiful northern NSW to raise a family - 3 teenage daughters bringing their challenges , on top of a life threatening 3 year cancer journey and losing both parents before the age of 40.
What I want to share with you is the tools I used and what I have learnt from all these life experiences and how you can incorporate some of these things into your life creating a place of gratitude & balance .
My story could be your story , it’s real , raw , informative & hopefully entertaining !!!
Georgia Rhodes - “Self care – it’s not what you think" (and how it can lower your stress levels and support your wellbeing)”
Georgia Rhodes is a yoga teacher, holistic lifestyle and wellness coach who owns and manages a small wellbeing studio in the Byron Bay hinterland, where she lives with her partner and three children.
A former competitive equestrian rider, Australian age-group triathlete representative, constant ‘people pleaser’ and ‘on-the-go’ personality she (literally and figuratively) got sick and tired of the hustling hard and punishing no-pain no-gain mentality toward life and health. After suffering through various bouts of depression, anxiety, injury and adrenal depletion Georgia sought out a more holistic approach to life and wellbeing. Over the last 10-15 years she has been immersed in the wellness space, trialing various methods of healing and going on to become a certified holistic lifestyle coach, health and nutrition coach and registered yoga teacher.
A passionate advocate of self-care forming the foundation to wellbeing, Georgia takes a refreshingly simple, yet highly nourishing and effective approach to movement, stillness, mindset and nutrition. Her unique classes, rest experiences, coaching, mentoring, women’s circles, retreats and online spaces all share her simple, gentle, slow and nourishing ethos.
