About the role
Are you looking to learn more about Microsoft Office 365 information administration, provide end-user support and training for information access?
We have an exciting opportunity for an Office 365 Support Officer to join our IT division.
You could be a recent graduate with some work experience in IT systems management or looking for a change of pace to specialise in Microsoft Office 365 administration.
A day in the life:
- You will provide support to the operational health of the Microsoft Office 365 information environment
- You will contribute training, documentation, and research of Microsoft Office 365 capabilities to drive new ways of working
- You will solve allocated Office 365 information technical issues including connectivity and mobility
We're looking for great people who have:
- You hold a bachelors degree in IT systems management or computer science
- You have knowledge of configuring and managing Office 365 tools including: SharePoint, Teams, Exchange, OneDrive, Groups, Yammer
- You have proven knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10 in a corporate environment
- You boast the ability to translate complex and technical information to all levels
