We currently have an exciting open term, full time opportunity at our Brisbane office for an experienced Digital Workplace Lead to maximise the effectiveness of individual employees, teams, workgroups and communities through the applications and services they use regularly. The primary function of the Digital Workplace programs is to create a work environment that ensures this goal.
Reporting to the Manager Applications Development (Business Systems) this role will further build-out the Digital Workplace to enhance the employee experience through the enablement of technologies including Office365 tools. The successful candidate will lead a cohesive and committed core team with the key objective of building a Digital Workplace that transforms the business.
Other duties will include:
Identify and clarify the consumer technology trends already present in the workplace and those that could be introduced. Establishing a methodology for consistent implementation services such as procurement, provisioning, deployment, training and promotion.
Leads the development, publication and maintenance of the Digital Workplace business architecture, as well as the roadmap for its future development, that matches and supports business needs.
The ideal candidate
To be considered as a strong candidate, you will have:
High level of skills and experience in the analysis of IT requirements and the design and deployment, testing, implementation, maintenance and support of IT systems
Strong knowledge of IT technologies, directions and issues with a focus on applications development, as-a-service methods, Cloud technologies and architectural design methods
