The Opportunity

We now have an exciting opportunity available for a Workday Integrations Lead to join our Information Technology team in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane or Adelaide on a Permanent Full-Time basis.

You will be the subject matter expert on Workday Integrations and lead the Workday integrations support function with a focus on designing, configuring, deploying, and maintaining integrations within the Core HCM, Core Financials, Procurement, Projects, Learning, Expenses, and other modules.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for support, design and development of new and existing Workday integrations.
  • Responsible for integration monitoring and incident management, perform routine break/fix support and regression testing.
  • Ensure future integrations are designed based on approved functional and technical requirements.
  • Consult with business and technical teams about interface design and maintenance; collaborate with other architects and technical leads on design decisions
  • Design and develop interfaces and collaborate with cross functional teams to conduct unit and integration testing of integrations.
  • Mentorship of a Workday Integrations Systems Analyst.

Your background

  • Extensive experience in designing and supporting integrations between Workday and other systems.
  • Experience reviewing new Workday releases functionality and optimise existing processes relating to integrations accordingly.
  • Experience working with different levels of technical and functional stakeholders.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle both planned and unplanned responsibilities.
  • Extensive Workday experience mandatory with hands on technical expertise in the following
  • Cloud Connect and Core Connectors
  • PECI, Web Services (SOAP, REST API)
  • Workday Studio, Custom Report development, RaaS, BIRT development and Document transformation using XSLT, EIB
