Griffith University is seeking someone to join their Business Enablement Team within the Office of Digital Solutions to contribute to the delivery of a program of information management projects that uplift the University’s management of information and exploit available information management tools. This includes:
working with business areas to audit their existing records management practices and make recommendations which contribute to digital-preferred and compliant records management practices;
developing solutions to facilitate the migration of records to compliant repositories based on the requirements of the business area and document processes as they relate to records and information management;
providing training on appropriate use of information management technologies;
maintaining current knowledge on advances and changes in technologies;
contributing to the development of repeatable tools and templates for application across the University, as well as self-help materials for same.
This is a fixed term (until 31 December 2019), full time based at the Nathan campus.
