Professional Experience:

Zoe is an experienced executive general manager within the tertiary research and early education sectors that leads with energy, enthusiasm and passion, supporting effective strategy and project delivery through being proactive, decisive and measured.  As President, she led the review of an early education centre’s governance and operations and addressed underperformance and long term unresolved employee and client grievances.  She also supported planning & implementation of transition of an early education centre from existing 75 place centre to a new, purpose built 154 place centre.  As founding member of the Gender Equity Commission at AIBN (UQ), Zoe actively contributed to changing the culture and support available for women in STEM.  Zoe also initiated the redesign and implementation of new intranet for research institute to enable greater digitisation, self-service and flexible client access to information and supported the development and implementation of a new institute research strategy, including roll out of new leadership structure, revised performance metrics, and focused strategic investment and disinvestment.  Her areas of expertise include:

  • Effect organisational strategy through supporting governance structures, stakeholder engagement, and resource allocation
  • Utilise business analytics to support informed workforce planning, remuneration assessment, and resource modelling
