The Service Delivery Team in Digital Solutions brings this to life by providing high-quality customer-focused services for audio visual, video conferencing and end user computing services across all University campuses.
We are currently looking for an IT professional to join our Service Delivery team. This role provides second and third tier end user computing support via remote desktop management technologies, telephone and face-to-face to University customers. The primary focus of this role is providing computing advice and support to clients through Digital Solutions' standards and processes. Success in this role requires collaboration with the other Service Delivery team members, the IT Service Centre to ensure customers’ IT support needs are met efficiently and effectively.
This is a continuing, full time position based at the Gold Coast campus. Griffith is a multi-campus university and therefore it is understood that this position will work across campuses as required.
To be successful within this role, you will have demonstrated excellent customer service and communication skills, be able to interact with a wide cross-section of clients. You will have experience in some or all of: Microsoft Windows, Apple Mac OS, and associated enterprise software applications.
HEW Level 5: $66,154 - $74,409 per annum. Salary package including 17% employer superannuation contribution: $77,400 - $87,058 per annum.
