Digital Solutions (DS) is responsible for the delivery of Information Technology projects that support the University's strategic priorities and provides enabling technologies, systems and solutions for teaching, research and administration.

The opportunity

The role of Senior Lead, Cyber Security Operations is to provide Subject Matt er Expert (SME) leadership and technical guidance support to the University in relation to Cyber Security practices and procedures, ensuring systems and processes meet the current and emerging needs of the University.

This is a continuing, full time position based at the Nathan campus.

About you

To be successful within this role, you will have proven information security experience in operational security roles and have expert knowledge in threat monitoring and detection, incident response and remediation. Applicants should have a solid understanding of risk and security management frameworks such as ISO 27001, and NIST.

Salary range

HEW Level 10: $118,526 per annum. Salary package including 17% employer superannuation contribution: $138,676 per annum.
