• Available to you will be working a 9-day fortnight with RDOs every second week.

As a Portfolio Coordinator within our IT Portfolio, you will provide essential support for various programs and projects as well as our portfolio management team. You'll support the Portfolio Manager and the Senior Portfolio Analyst to deliver high-quality portfolio management services, produce reports, and carry out the usual duties expected in a PMO team.

We're looking for someone with solid previous project or program coordinator experience, with experience in planning, scheduling, cash flow monitoring, forecasting, and reporting within an IT project delivery environment ideally in a Project Management Office, and proficiency in Microsoft Project, Word, and Excel. A Diploma in Project Management and an understanding of PMI standards are desirable.

• Diploma in Project Management (desirable)
