We have an exciting opportunity for an ambitious, skilled, and enthusiastic Modern Workplace Lead / Consultant to join our Modern Workplace team, where we deliver innovative technical solutions to our valued customers. Your role will encompass both Consulting and Leadership activities.

Located in Sydney, you'll be welcomed by a team of talented and passionate consultants, ready to collaborate with you. Working closely with the owners, your expertise will play a pivotal role in propelling our already successful company to the next level. Together, we'll strive to achieve new heights and provide exceptional value to our clients.

Roles & Responsibilities
As a Consultant / Developer, you will:

  • Carry out workshops and stakeholder interviews to gather user requirements.
  • Perform system analysis to understand current state.
  • Architect, design and deliver innovative solutions based on our modern workplace technology stack.
  • Consult with clients, business managers, team members & other stakeholders as needed.
  • Oversee practice projects, resource allocation and new hires.
  • Support customers with any issues which may arise from time to time.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and promote development of direct reports.


  • Expert knowledge in:
      • Microsoft’s productivity, engagement, and collaboration solutions SharePoint and MS Teams
      • Power Platform including Power AppsPower Automate, and Power BI
  • Ability to implement and deliver solutions creative technical solutions.
  • Experience with complex migration solutions and implementations.

Must Have

  • Proven success in implementing and developing solutions in SharePoint, MS Teams, Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI
  • Able to act as a trusted advisor to clients, with sound product and solution knowledge and experience.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Able to multi-task, drive various engagements and oversee various teams under your direction.
  • High detail customer focus level.
  • Either experience in leading teams in a similar role or a desire to extend your skills here.
  • You have strong attention to detail but can still see the big picture.
  • Friendly and not too serious!
