The Role:
As the Product Analyst, reporting to the Senior Product Manager - Product Capability within AP+ Business Payments, you will support key projects, strategic initiatives, and BAU operations for product development and enhancements across the Business Payments portfolio (including BPAY and NPP). You'll work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to drive the integration of payment products and capabilities.
Responsibilities:
- Provide analytical support for product development and enhancements, including ISO2022 message guidelines for real-time payments.
- Assist in evaluating and analyzing product capabilities, offering recommendations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Support stakeholder reporting, governance, and documentation processes.
- Collaborate on cross-team initiatives to integrate AP+ capabilities across the Business Payments portfolio.
- Address member inquiries and assist in resolving product-related issues requiring detailed expertise.
The capabilities we’re seeking are:
- Proven experience in end-to-end product management for NPP or BPAY Payments, with exposure to relevant technologies and tools across web and mobile app development.
- Experience in B2B, B2C payments, bill payments, and eInvoicing.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with proven success in leading products from concept to launch.
- In-depth understanding of real-time or BPAY payment systems and processes.
- Advanced skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint, with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Highly analytical, with strong communication, commercial acumen, and organizational skills.
