The Role:

As a Mid-Level Technical Business Analyst, Cards, you will support initiatives that enhance our card services, ensuring they meet both business objectives and customer needs. This role is key in connecting technical teams with business stakeholders, using your analytical skills to gather requirements and help deliver effective solutions. Your expertise in financial services and card systems will contribute to improving our card products and customer experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze business requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and support the implementation of card solutions.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement in card services and recommend enhancements.
  • Conduct data analysis to inform decision-making and optimize card operations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and teams, ensuring requirements are clear and that user acceptance testing (UAT) aligns with business needs.

The capabilities we’re seeking are:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in financial services, with a focus on card products.
  • Strong understanding of card processing systems and payment ecosystems, including AS2805, EMV chips, 3D Secure, and token-based payments (e.g., Apple Pay, Google Pay).
  • Proven experience in a Solution Design or Technical Business Analyst role.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and provide insights.
  • Effective communication skills, able to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies, and business analysis tools.
