As a Business Applications Analyst, you'll help find clever solutions to interesting problems as you grow your skills every day. And you'll do it with down-to-earth people who you're proud to work with and get to know.
In this role, your deep understanding of the Power Platform and Dynamics 365 will enable you to craft new and enhanced solutions managed through Azure DevOps that perfectly align with our business requirements and overarching architectures.
Here's how:
- You'll develop, configure, test, and implement innovative enterprise solutions using Microsoft Power Platform underpinned by the Microsoft Azure DevOps platform.
- You'll orchestrate seamless integrations between applications, databases, and middleware systems, optimizing functional coverage for transformative results.
- You'll actively contribute to compliance and quality assessments of new Power Platform solutions and change/enhancement requests, following established standards and processes.
- You'll play a pivotal role in the day-to-day management, optimisation, and enhancement of our organization's Corporate Business Systems landscape.
- You'll work closely with cross-functional teams and join a proactive team that is providing technical support with a focus on safety, quality and efficiency.
What you'll bring
- A bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
- High-level proficiency in developing within Microsoft Power Platform with a proven track record of successful implementations and support.
- Sound working knowledge of the Microsoft Azure and Azure DevOps.
- High-level proficiency in .NET, HTML, C#, etc. development and experience working with JavaScript, JQuery, Rest APIs.
- Experience in Application Management and Support incl. Lifecycle Management.
We'd also love you to have:
- High-level proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics with a proven track record of successful implementations and support.
- Demonstrated experience in IT Service Management (ITSM) in accordance with the ITIL framework.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues with excellent communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
