  • Provide first-line contact for complex LMS technical support
  • Contribute to the development of LMS governance documents

With a degree in Information Technology or a related field, or significant experience as a digital learning management system administrator coupled with a relevant lower-level qualification, you will have demonstrated expertise in coordinating, administering, and optimising an LMS from various perspectives (administrative, technical, system, and user) within a large, complex organisation.

Your proven experience in implementing and maintaining an LMS or similar system will provide you with a deep understanding of organisational training coordination, records, and reporting functions related to the LMS, along with knowledge of data and document management.

Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including software vendors, and establishing credibility as a subject matter expert will be crucial.

You will naturally have previous experience with SAP Success Factors LMS and familiarity with course design and development tools like Captivate and Articulate.
