RAW Marketing is recruiting for new members of our outbound call team.  Where this fits into our agency offering is at the core of what we do.  B2B marketing means understanding our audience of prospects, learning of their challenges and how their technology meets their needs.  Having real and genuine conversations uncovers opportunities, educates the market on technology themes and reports the outcomes we are known for as an agency.

The Outbound Call Consultant role has been proven, over 10 years plus, to be the right fit for professionals who might fit any of the following profiles, but don’t let this limit you if you think you have what it takes.  We’d love to hear from you!

The Role

As an Outbound Marketing Consultant your duties would be spread across an array of tasks. You will be involved with providing information on IT products and services through outbound enquiries and, ultimately, generating leads from these outbound calls for our clients which they will then follow up. We are not tele-sales.  Our core KPI usually sits with finding and well-qualifying marketing leads. There is also an aspect of data administration as you will help with CRM, organisation and reporting for client databases and, importantly, any leads you identify through your calls.

The ideal applicant should be a good communicator with excellent spoken and written skills, while also bringing enthusiasm to the role. Interest in the IT industry as well as knowledge and understanding of IT in general is also advantageous but not essential.

Flexibility is a perk of the role, which is typically offered as a casual position and based from our Fortitude Valley office.  Remote (non-Brisbane, yet within AU or NZ) candidates are also welcome to apply as remote work may be available under certain conditions.  We invite you to send your details and we can organise an introduction call to see if this could be the role for you.
