About your new role
With the support of the ICT Service Management Team, you will take the lead in coordinating and completing the service and support aspects of smoothly transitioning new or changed ICT Services into BAU/service operations.
About you
You will use your communication skills to effectively engage, influence, and resolve issues with a variety of suppliers and stakeholders, and will leverage your written communication skills to write documentation to define ICT services and support models. We would love it if you have prior experience working in an operational or service delivery team, with knowledge of IT Service Management/Service Transition.
Most importantly, we are looking for a team member who is proactive, outcome-focused, learns new systems quickly and is eager to learn. If you're up for a challenge while being supported by a great team, we would love to hear from you!
