What’s on offer
The City Digital & Data (CDD) branch is responsible for the delivery of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) services and information services. Within CDD, the Program and Project Services team is responsible for leading the successful delivery of programs and projects that deliver value and significantly improve outcomes for the enterprise and Community. The team is committed to helping the City to achieve outcomes through business partnering services and non-infrastructure project delivery.
The Portfolio Graduate will play a vital role in assisting with the management and coordination of the organisation's information and communication technology (ICT) portfolio. The graduate position will provide administrative and operational support to ensure the successful planning, execution and monitoring of various technology projects and initiatives within the portfolio. Graduates will collaborate with cross-functional teams, maintain relevant documentation and contribute to the efficient operation of the ICT portfolio management process. We are looking for a graduate with the ability to interpret project management methodologies, develop and implement new procedures and guidelines with strong IT skills.

Who can apply?
To be considered for this opportunity you must hold a recognised degree or post graduate qualification from a tertiary institution, completed within the last two years or be completing prior to commencement of the program in January 2024. Applicants must have full working rights in Australia for the duration of the program and be able to work full time.
The Portfolio Graduate position is recommended for but not limited to graduates who have studied Information Technology, Information Systems, Business Analytics, IT / Computing Science or Project Management.
