Who We Are

The Queensland Government Customer and Digital Group's (QGCDG) focus is to grow a thriving digital economy in Queensland, and enable more responsive, simple, and effective services for all Queenslanders. They provide strategic and policy leadership for Queensland Government on digital, customer experience and service delivery matters. They also support agencies with design management, capability development, corporate shared services, and customer service channels.

The Cyber Security Unit (CSU) is responsible for progressing government cyber security capability. This team provides cyber security leadership, governance, policy and standards, advocacy, capability development, security incident coordination and delivers of whole of Government security services.

Who you are

You are an expert in complex negotiations, senior stakeholder engagement, business case and financial management, with strong communication skills and the ability to convey technical issues to executives.
