Kylie Sprott is a business transformation leader, and has experience working across a variety of industries including IT, financial services, engineering, environmental services and legal services. She helps businesses develop their strategy, including both digital strategy and people and culture strategy. She currently works as the Chief Transformation Officer at Xenith IP Group, and serves on three boards.
In addition to her work commitments, Kylie is a keen philanthropist and works closely with The Smith Family in the capacity of “Leader of Corporate Champions” and is the Ambassador for the Rainbow House Iligan orphanage in the Philippines.
Kylie and her husband David, are proud parents of 12 year old Ruby and 9 year old Hamilton. They live in Brisbane with their two dogs and try to fit in as many travel adventures together as possible.
