Have you considering becoming a Mentor?

Are you keen to explore  effective Mentoring skills?

Do you have colleagues who would benefit from your Mentorship, but need practical processes?

Mounting evidence is clearly showing the positive impact of effective mentoring.  A comprehensive study in 2006 by Gartner of over 1,000 workers at Sun Microsystems over 5 years revealed:

  • 25% of employees enrolled in a program had a salary-grade change compared to  only 5% who did not
  • Mentees were promoted 5 times more than those not
  • Mentees experience higher career satisfaction, career commitment, career mobility & positive job attitude

Key features:

  • short, sharp & intense
  • targeted skills training to ensure consistent high quality experience & outcomes
  • crystal clear direction & specific plan to achieve goals
  • exit feeling highly focused & 100% committed
