Kate is an experienced senior manager and consultant having extensive management experience across banking, insurance, construction, engineering, human services, defence, health, IT businesses, a range of state government departments and local government. Kate is currently a member on project and program boards across a $50 million portfolio. Her role is to provide boards and executive teams with expert advice on assurance, risk, governance and value management.

Kate designs the governance and board makeups for the portfolio to ensure that boards are compliant with internationally recognised methods, best practice and that the boards are made up of members with appropriate experience and capability. Emma is an experienced Senior Project Manager with a proven track record of delivering large scale projects above customer expectation, managing up to six projects simultaneously with an accumulated budget of over $500,000.  In early 2016, Emma managed development and launch of the online professional development course ‘Respectful Relationships Education Program’, a major initiative of the Queensland Government providing resources to 68,000 teachers across Queensland Schools. I had a successful career in Physiotherapy for several years, working both as a tutor at the University of Queensland, and clinically in several practices prior to opening my own practice in Brisbane in 1993.
